Five years ago, we hit on the exciting idea of growing lemons on some free land at our stables in Chonburi. We felt that the soil and geography there, as well as manure from our stud farm, would create ideal conditions along with abundant fresh water and a consistent sea breeze. The challenge was to grow healthy, eco-friendly fruit free from toxic chemicals. After several years of trial and error, we finally had a beautiful batch of fragrant and delicious lemons.
