Covid has had a terrible toll on the hospitality industry, our main business. With jobs and income under threat, we wanted to set up a business that would be able to partially compensate for the loss of visitors. We hope the revenue gained from our lemons will help our staff in the area maintain an acceptable livelihood during this crisis.
With some space left over from our the stables in Chonburi six years ago, we wanted to make the most out of this fertile land. So we planted lemons, knowing the conditions would be ideal for them. A modest but steady supply was harvested from our farm and shipped to Bangkok and turned into lemonade and other tasty treats for friends and family.
Our lemonades are absolutely fresh with zero preservatives. They are picked and bottled within a day of delivery. This is the reason we ask our customers to pre-order. It is also this freshness that distinguishes us from many other brands. Our brand aims for a drink that reflects the natural flavour of our lemons but with added depth from our special recipe.
Kantus is the graceful white stallion on our horse farm that happens to be dad’s favourite horse. Our lemon trees live off the nutrients from the compost produced by him and his friends. Without him, our lemons would not be so tasty!
Our Eureka lemons are known for their fresh and tangy taste. It would be hard to find a more perfect home for them than here, facing a large lake and close to the sea. A sea breeze nourishes the lemons while the lake provides a ready supply of clean water.
We are wholly committed to sustainable and responsible agriculture. We refrain from putting toxic chemicals into the ground, meaning our fruits are good for both your health and the environment. We also go by a no-waste policy. In fact, it’s the compost from our horse stables that make the soil for our lemon trees so nutrient-rich. Our lemons are unwaxed to ensure maximum freshness and safety.
